Penny speaks to what he learned during his first year as a head coach, why studying the great programs and coaches was so important, and why making it to the NCAA Tournament simply isn't enough. He also breaks down the strengths and weaknesses of his incoming freshman (including his own son, Jayden), and explains what he's expecting from his veteran players.
