We’re getting into the swing of things with this Run 1 of Week 2! Tackling Run 1 as a 15 min run, 1 min walk, then 15 min run, 1 min walk. Take your time and know your limits, it’s a run for time and not distance so if you to get out fast then take the walk in full force to recover.
