Katie Quinn is the definition of a creator. She has a podcast, a food and travel YouTube channel and created an avocado cookbook. She started her career in the NBC Page program, then worked as a video journalist at Now This News and attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Now she's self-employed working in London and takes on any projects that peak her interest. We met when we worked together on a project for Travel Channel and I've loved staying updated with her projects and pursuits. Her enthusiasm for food, travel and content creation contagious.
