Elana Myers-Taylor and Lauren Gibbs pushed and drove the United States Two-woman sled to the silver medal in Pyeongchang, South Korea. Today, we learn the challenges and the triumphs to winning silver. Lauren, had a decorated career as a volleyball player at Brown University, where she was a captain and All-Ivy League performer. She was introduced to bobsled by Jillion Potter, who played rugby for the U.S. at the 2016 Olympics. Gibbs, who left a 6 figure job in corporate America, is now a U.S. bobsled push athlete.  Elana, Began bobsledding in 2007-2008 and made the national team her first season as a brakeman. She then converted to a pilot shortly after Vancouver and debuted on World Cup her first season with a 6th place finish in the Lake Placid World Cup. She finished 9th at World Championships in her first season, followed by a bronze medal World Championships in
