We Get to Know cookbook author and all around food guru Gaby Dalkin of What's Gaby Cooking. We were absolutely thrilled to chat with Gaby, the California girl behind whatsgabycooking.com.  She is a cookbook author, chef, and food/lifestyle writer based in Los Angeles.  She launched her wildly popular blog back in 2009 after graduating from college and culinary school.  Gaby's website is a playful, fun, inspiring, sun-soaked destination for everyone who aspires to live the California life, not to mention it's packed with her mouth watering recipes.  Additionally, Gaby is the author of Absolutely Avocados and her new cookbook, What’s Gaby Cooking: Everyday California which was released in April 2018 from Abrams and is an absolute must for all you cookbook lovers out there. She recently launched a delicious line of seasonings and salsas with Williams Sonoma, I mean... Go Gaby!!! In this interview we chat about her early days and her impromptu culinary school stint that quickly lead to working as a private chef
