We Get to Know small batch baker, cook and author Christina Lane from Dessert for Two. We were thrilled to chat with Christina, the girl boss behind dessertfortwo.com.  Christina was born and raised in Texas but spent her 20's in California.  Shortly after her move to sunny California, she became nostalgic for her mom’s home cooked meals.  She began recreating them in small batches for herself and blogging about it on the side.  Thus began her journey as a small batch baker and cook.  We love the idea of cooking a batch of 6 cookies instead of 24 with a bunch leftovers and turns out so do a lot of other people.  In addition to her popular blog packed with delicious recipes, Christina has published 3 successful cookbooks, has been a guest on The TODAY Show and featured on QVC.  She dreams of sharing her knowledge on the Food Network one day.   In this episode we talk about how she tackles her busy schedule while maintaining a healthy family balance - which is usually not the case when you run your own business
