Margaret (“Peggy”) Kim is an award-winning journalist and media powerhouse. She began her career years ago as an overnight news desk assistant. At first, it was a challenge to feel like the small tasks working the graveyard shift would lead her to become a journalist. However, Peggy's dad gave her advice to lay her foundation brick by brick. She then changed her attitude, and started putting in the effort for the small tasks to be entrusted with the larger tasks.
