This month we have a discussion with Steven Sutters, Senior Product Manager for Aver, about how Aver approaches product and Steven's perspectives on product management. Aver is a Drive Capital funded startup in the healthcare space. Aver’s solutions help healthcare payers and providers design, implement, and administer value-based programs. Together, they are simplifying value-based healthcare. Steven found his way into the field the same way everyone does: by delivering ice cream, teaching GED classes, selling cloths, and testing software.
