The National Road Transport Association (NatRoad) has expanded the reach of its vital first aid training by offering the course in many languages. Following the launch of a Punjabi version of its free Truckie First Aid program, NatRoad has recently introduced a Hindi edition. The course covers essential life-saving skills, including CPR, how to use a defibrillator, managing different types of bleeding, and other techniques designed to reduce long-term harm. Delivered in partnership with St John Ambulance, the program equips truck drivers from non-English-speaking backgrounds with the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond effectively at accident scenes.
