As I reflect on what’s next, my Team and I have been in conversations about how to shift what I am currently doing with Empowering Chats. This year has been full of challenging opportunities, and I can feel the call to realign— to clear out the garbage that bogs me down. Through this realignment, and with the help of my Team, I’ve realized that one thing I need to let go of is producing weekly podcast shows.
