Romans 10:5–17 is Paul’s passionate reminder that salvation is not achieved by human effort but received through faith in Jesus Christ. The gospel is wonderfully accessible—“the word is near you”—and anyone who believes in their heart and confesses Jesus as Lord will be saved.
