Simon O'Donnell has quite the CV. Former Australian cricket champion, St. Kilda footballer, multi-media personality and leading racehorse owner and breeder. And with the release of this episode of Food Bytes with Sarah Patterson, he becomes self-appointed Brussels Sprouts Ambassador to the World.
