Dr. Constance Van Horne is Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies and an Associate Professor of Management at Abu Dhabi School of Management since September 2023. Dr. Connie holds an MBA and PhD in management from Laval University in Quebec City, Canada. In 2009 she started teaching management, communications, and strategy at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. She was the UAE country team leader for the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Report from 2011-2013, co-writing the first book on Emirati Entrepreneurship. In 2015 she also co-developed the Summer@INSEAD mini-MBA for high achieving senior high school students held each year in Paris, France. In August 2018 she began five years at Guangdong Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Shantou, China where she taught communications, writing and management.
