In Barack Obama’s first month in office, he took 161 questions—while Joe Biden took 141 in his first month as president. 5:10pm- President Donald Trump announced the creation of a “Gold Card” which will replace the EB-5 immigration program. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said the card will cost $5 million dollars and will encourage non-citizens to bring their successful businesses to the United States.
