Continuing with our series called "The Servant King," (A Study of the Gospel of Mark).... Mark Ch 6: 45 - 56. Marks writing style is very different from the other Gospels. Mark is writing from the first hand experience and the eye witness of Peter, one of the 12 original disciples. Mark also differs in that he gives snap shots or rather short radio broadcasts of the main idea/meaning of what is going on. Not breaking everything down in detail like Matthew of John, but to get the information out as soon as possible. Now, most everyone who has heard of Jesus has heard the story of Jesus walking on water. In the same manner Mark doesn't give a whole lot of time describing the miraculous event, be that the case there is still plenty of application we can gather from these verses. In life we will encounter storms, mainly in Death, Health, Finances, Relationships, Anxieties/Mental Health.
