September 29, 2024 | Last Words of a Dying Man | 2 Peter 3:1-13 In 2 Peter 3, Peter addresses the skepticism about Jesus’ return amidst worldly chaos. He urges believers to remember God’s promise about the second coming, which is rooted throughout scripture. Peter warns that scoffers will question the validity of this promise, but we can be reassured by God’s sovereignty, patience, and holiness. Because of who God is we can be confident that judgement will come, but we can also be confident of His power to restore all things.  Are you prepared for His return?
