This is the continuation of a bible study session led by Pastor David K. Baker, in which we discuss the sovereignty and righteous character of our Heavenly Father and differentiate between the things he does and does not permit to take place on earth. Pastor Baker is one of the ministers at Rice Memorial Missionary Baptist Church of Little Rock, Arkansas, where Apostle Walter F. Camp is senior pastor.
