Heart of Gold, Family Carers Ireland’s national fundraising campaign, is underway. Heart of Gold, which aims to provide vital support to family carers in Clare, takes place this Thursday (13th June). With an estimated 12,122 family carers in Clare this campaign aims to recognise their invaluable contribution and raise vital funds.
