Scott Thomas, Chief Executive Officer/Director of the Scranton Public Library, speaking about the services of the Albright Memorial Library and the 13th annual block party, "Swingin' on Vine" to be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, in the 500 block of Vine Street in Scranton.
