The Chicago Blackhawks are growing efforts to celebrate and enhance the youth hockey community in Illinois with a partnership with the Northern Illinois Hockey League (NIHL) to host their league championships at the United Center in February, as well as a wonderful event with the Wounded Warrior Project.
