This requires a deep sense of humility and vulnerability, as well as a willingness to take risks and learn from failure. So, how can leaders become better learners? Hawk shared several strategies, including building a personal board of advisors, seeking feedback regularly, and embracing failure as a necessary part of the learning process. He emphasized the importance of developing a growth mindset and a willingness to step outside of one's comfort zone in order to try new things and take risks.
