I had the honor and pleasure of sitting down with a kindred spirit, BJ Hickman. BJ is an Emotional Wellness Master Coach and we had about a million things on the list of possible things we could talk about here, but decided to just jump right in and see where the conversation took us. And I’m so glad we did. There is magic to be found in the unplanned, messy middle and that is exactly what happens in this episode. BJ and I explore everything from the enneagram, to attachment theory, to what it is like to change careers and start anew later in life. We talk about resilience and tenacity and the power in a name.
