This episode feels extra special, because I get to introduce you to my friend, my team member, Radical Wellness' own, Katie Hayden. Katie is a therapist, coach and licensed clinical social worker, and I have the privilege of working alongside her weekly.  Katie and I met when she came to Weekends, and I'm so thankful that she came because I cannot imagine the Radical Wellness team without her presence, her wisdom and her magic.
