Welcome to another Trailercast conversation! This is a special episode, and I am so excited to share it with you. In this episode, I’m talking with Sophie.  Right off the bat I can tell you this; Sophie is a powerhouse. She wrote into the show wanting to process through, in her own words, “navigating shame, resilience and uncertainty in a time of great personal growth and transformation, especially as a young person in today’s society.” Throughout our conversation we tackle imposter syndrome, self-doubt and how to identify the inner critic. We talk about trusting our gut and our knowing, and the importance of sharing our stories. Listen in and hear how Sophie has learned to sit in the driver’s seat of her own life, and hear a young woman living into her own freedom and autonomy.
