Trailercast

Welcome to this week's episode of Trailercast! Today I have a practice for you, so you might want to listen to this one in a space where you can pause and close your eyes. When I was a kid, my siblings and I would hunt throughout our house for loose change, and then run whatever we found through those coin sorters. You know the ones... the machines that put each coin in exactly the right spot. (Then of course, we would wrap the coins up and take them to buy candy. Because, kids.) But in this practice, we are the coin sorters, rattling-spinning-circulating information and truths and depositing them exactly where they need to land in our bodies.  If you are new to these visualization practices, think of them as a way to engage in something outside of just our thinking. An action to partner with our thinking, so that we can access it easier and remember it more clearly.
