BUILDING THE KINGDOM IN TIMES OF TROUBLE   There's a song from the church that says, "anyone can sing when the sun's shining bright, but he gives a song in your heart at night." Why does trouble come our way? Trouble comes our way for the same reason they put those little bumps on the side of the highway. When you start to drift off course, the first thing you hit before you hit the ditch is those little bumps to wake you up. Most of the trouble that comes our way is simply a reminder to refocus on what matters most; our relationship with the father.
