In this episode, I introduce and define the general differences between Growth vs. Performance-based Organizations, and present 7 specific differences between the two cultures. In the second segment, I review the 2 best, most productive employee mindsets in a growth organization, and encourage business leaders to inspire all their employees to become Sports Athletes and Scientists due to 4 specific qualities of each of those two mindsets. Finally, in the last segment, I provide 2 key principles all business leaders need to implement if they choose to adopt a Growth Culture in their organization.

I define three different levels of help we all provide each other, and while the current focus of leadership coaches is on empathy and kindness, I take this empathetic help a level higher to inspire all of us to be not just empathetic but also generous by going "all out" to make sure people we help reach their goals. As your coach and mentor, I continue to study other coaches and influencers, and in this episode I discuss how I take my unique coaching approach higher and why I want to inspire you to be generous with the help you provide others.
