Do you know you are valuable, precious, and substantial to God? That clearly means you're royalty because you are a descendant of kings and of The King. Proverbs 27:17 says, "iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." What that means is that the people who are around us are the people who make us better and we make them better. Or at least it should be that way. I Googled some iron synonyms and some of the words were: uncompromising, unrelenting, unyielding, unbending, resolute, resolved, determined, firm, steadfast, and unwavering. All of those words can convey that if a person is like iron, they are fixed, gazed, and purposeful in what they want and nothing will stop them. Psalm 37:5/6 says,"Commit your way to the Lord, trust in him, and he will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."  Don't give up when you're so close. We have to roll during the good and the challenging times -- the sweet and the bitter. That's life and only the fittest survive to the fullest. Do you know you were born on purpose for a purpose? Oh yes and do you know because of that, better days are coming for you? God is aware of what He is still going to have you to do in this life. And He is aware that no weapon that is plotted, connived, schemed, or conspired against you, will ever harm you. Isaiah 61:2-4 says God will comfort you and provide for you. And He will bestow on you, a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. Questions: Who do you run to when you need somebody to talk to 24/7? Who do you run to when you need somebody to listen to you 24/7?  Did you hear that? I said 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week. Who is that person?  You see, God is the beginning and the end. There is nobody else like Him. Period. God is the alpha and the omega. God is the Great I Am. God is it. God is.  Psalm 31:1 says "I run to you, God; I run for dear life." Nobody else can take God's place. Do you need to talk to Him today? Tonight? Whenever? He's always waiting and He's always there for you. Psalm 31:23 says, "God takes care of all who stay close to him." Who do you run to? Do you know that when God is for you, it doesn't matter who is against you? Do you know that? You see, when God's agreement, covenant, and contract has already been established, it's a done deal -- signed, sealed, and delivered. That's it. Your God-given desires will still happen for you. Nobody can stop them, nobody can block them, and nobody can put any obstacle in front of them that will prevent them from happening. God has placed His seal of approval on them. And nothing can't stop God. Nothing. Do you have power? Do you walk in love? You you exercise self-control? Being able to have those things in our lives may not come easy, but they are available to us when working on ourselves every day.  Have you ever the story or parable of the sower? It comes from Mark 4:9-20 and talks about those are four categories of "hearing", which are: 1. Seed along the path: the person who hears, but absolutely nothing changes? 2. Seed on rocky ground: the person who hears and is all excited until trouble and challenges come? 3. Seed among thorns: the person who hears, but worry, greed, and deception gets the best of him? 4. Seed on good ground: the person who hears and accepts what he hears, and who produces great things in his life and the life of others?  James 1:2-8 means, that as we persevere and stay in close contact with God, He will ensure we finish what we started. Some synonyms for persevere are: press on; endure, hold on, stand firm, maintain, be determined, carry on, stay the course, and the list goes on. This is the deal: Hang tough despite anything you've gone through, you're going through now, or you will go through.  Are you an overcomer? Have you climbed up mountains? Clawed out of valleys? Made it through fires? In other words, have you been through anything that has been so challenging that's it made you better, faster, and stronger? It's made you the person you are today? If so, that makes you an overcomer.  John 16:33 says, In the world you will have tribulation. "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (Mark 11:24). Do you believe it? Listen, when we believe God has more for our lives, we will receive all He has for us. We have to start asking and praying for what it is we want.  "He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much" (Luke 16:10). That scripture reminds us not to despise or fret over the little things -- over the things that start small. Past, present, future. It doesn't matter what happened. It doesn't matter what is happening now. And it doesn't matter what will happen, God is ordering our steps. We have to get to the point where we are living our gifts and we can no longer be concerned about what people say about us. I was for a long time and it stopped me from stepping out, but don't you know the devil is a liar? Jeremiah 1:5 tells us God knew us before we were even born, so don't you think He wants to use us for a bigger purpose than just being scared about what people think? Do you know God sees and hears you? He hasn’t forgotten about you? It’s true. Have you ever heard, the teacher is always quiet during the test? Well, guess what? God might be silent right now, but He knows what He’s going to do and He’s waiting for the right time to move. His timing is impeccable. So stay faithful, God is present. He sees and He hears you. Romans 8:28 says, "and we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." Do you know one of the many great things about God is that He loves you for you. Yes, He loves all of us no matter the state we're in. We can't do anything that will change that. Isn't that great?  In Jeremiah 1:5 He says, “before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” God gets you -- God understands you -- God made you -- God loves you. Y ou want energy? Then let me tell you, you can have it? There's no energy looking back though. And yes I'm telling myself that more than anybody, because I used to look back all the time it seemed.
