Sinopsis

(10/11/18) HOPS & PROPS Does anything go better with Craft Beer than vintage military aircraft? We don’t believe so. Tonight, live in studio we are honored to welcome US Air Force (Retired) Lieutenant General Douglas H. Owens to the show. General Owens, a decorated combat pilot with more than 3,100 flight hours, retired from the United States Air Force in 2013 after more than 33 years of military service. During his time in the Air Force, General Owens served in numerous flying, staff and leadership positions, including tours as Vice Commander of Pacific Air Forces and as Vice Commander of Air Force Air Education and Training Command. In 2016 General Owens was named Chief Executive Officer of the Lone Star Flight Museum where he lead the strategic planning, construction and the ongoing success of the new $35 million aviation history and STEM museum that just celebrated its first year at Houston’s Ellington Airport after relocating from Galveston Island.
