YOU CAN ONLY WORSHIP AT THE LEVEL OF YOUR REVELATION   At the very center of the subject and the exercise of worship is to understand honor. Because you cannot worship anything or anyone that you don't honor. There are many ways that we honor the Lord, the first being that we obey his word and live by his commandments. To be true worshipers of God is more than singing with our hands lifted to happy songs or even songs of Thanksgiving and praise. Before that takes place, we become obedient to truth because Jesus is truth itself. The scriptures tell us in Psalm 100:4 that we enter into the presence of the Lord with praise. We can only praise the Lord when we've had a revelation of who he is and what he has given us through his sacrifice on the cross. When that revelation comes, and we also see the completion of the covenant when he rose from the dead and took his blood to the Father.
