The final vote in the Senate was 60-40. The House of Representatives is expected to vote on—and pass—the bill later today. 4:15pm- When asked if Chuck Schumer should remain Senate Minority Leader after several Democrats broke ranks and joined Republicans to vote in favor of reopening the government, Rep.
