Carl and Mike continue with their sit down with Elle Duncan as she shares thoughts on the Hawks and moves they have made this offseason and why Trae Young does not deserve to be called a selfish player and is really a guy players should want to play with.

Carl and Mike come back with more brief thoughts on comments from Greg Sankey and how the SEC and Big Ten are still apart on the CFP expansion, however agree should the two conferences eventually end up on the same page, they will determine the fate of the CFP. They then get into some Braves talk and share thoughts on Ozzie Albies and why the team may have to make a decision on their future with the second baseman if his batting struggles continue.

Carl and Mike come back with more thoughts on the All-Star game and why they believe it is a "buzz kill' the event is in Atlanta however the Braves are having the type of season they are having.

Carl and Mike open up the show with a brief recap of their time off and then look ahead to the home run derby and all-star game as well as SEC Media Days. They then talk briefly about the Braves as they agree that the team seemingly cannot catch a break as they announced Austin Riley was placed on the 10-day IL. As their conversation continued, they share why they believe the team is caught in the crosshair and the front office has some 'tough decisions' to make if they decide to be buyers or sellers at the trade deadline.

In the final hour of the show, John discusses what he's looking forward to the most at SEC media days.

John closes out the show with final thoughts on the big weekend and week ahead for Atlanta as Beyonce, the MLB All-Star Game and SEC Media Days will all be taking place.

John is joined by Grant McAuley as they discuss the Braves loss to the A's on Thursday and what will be most important for the team to focus on in the second half of the season.

ohn gets into some Falcons talk as he shares thoughts on Bijan Robinson stating he wants their offense to become the best in the NFL. As he discusses, John asks the question, can the offense produce at a championship level in order for the team to be in contention, believing talent wise, the Falcons have all the right pieces.

John gets into some college football talk and shares some thoughts on why he believes several coaches will be asked if they believe they are on the hot seat in the upcoming season and why Kirby Smart will not answer questions about who Georgia's starting QB is.

John comes back and gets into some more Braves talk and shares thoughts on comments by Jim Bowden in which he addressed how the Braves may make some changes to their roster however does not believe there's any chance they would move on from Ronald Acuna Jr., however he does acknowledge their are teams reportedly interested in Sean Murphy, who he believes they would be willing to move on from.

John gets into some NFL talk and shares some thoughts on teams he believes will make the playoffs.

John comes back and gets into some of the top sports headlines including Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner winning their respective semifinals matches to set up men's final at Wimbledon, the Hawks opening their summer league today against Miami, as John believes Kobe Bufkin must prove he has a role on the team and the Thunder giving Jalen Williams a 5-yr max rookie extension which could reach $287M.

John is joined by Bryant McFadden as they look ahead to the start of training camp and big name players with uncertainty around their season as they are in the midst of contract talks.

John opens up the show with some thoughts on the Braves and their loss to the A's on Thursday and asks the question "where do we go from here with the team as it is apparent they will miss out on the playoffs this season. As he discusses, John believes at this point, the Braves must play to show direction towards next season and shares thoughts on whether or not Brian Snitker will be back as the team's manager next season, to which he believes the Braves will not fire him, however he will likely retire.
